Need a Personal Chef for the 2013 Holiday Season?

The holiday season is just around the corner. Have you started making plans with family and friends? Many of my clients wanted to start enjoying the holidays again, and have asked me to do their cooking for them.

When you consider the amount of time prep work takes from your already busy schedule (don't forget to include planning, shopping and transporting the food, decor and wine), and the actual cooking and baking time, and the clean up, it makes sense to consider a personal chef this holiday season. Wouldn't it be nice to enjoy a glass of wine after dinner instead of spending an hour cleaning dishes?

Remember, I'll make your favorite holiday dinner, or we'll create menu together. Please contact me at 561 945 1471 for a complimentary consultation and proposal. I look forward to spending the holidays with you and your loved ones!

Hey JB, the common prbleom with buffets is that the food is constantly being heated by those whatchamacallit under the trays, which of course overcooks the food! The kare kare meat may not have been tough right after it was cooked, especially if it's a premium cut of beef, but I bet it got tougher while sitting in the tray as it overcooked.
